Open Position: LPN - LPN

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1858.20

Opportunity:

LTC LPN - 8hr/12hr Day/PM Variables (mostly PM) Variable shifts

Job Details:

* 13-week contract
* 8-hour and 12-hour Day/PM variable shifts, mostly PM
* Guaranteed 36-48 hours per week with a minimum of 36 hours and maximum of 48 hours
* Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
* No on-call or callback requirements
* Float to a sister facility approximately 25 miles away as needed
* 43-bed long-term care facility and clinic setting
* Night shift staffing: 1 nurse and 2 CNAs
* Day/Evening staffing: 1 Charge Nurse handling treatments, PRNs, and narcotics and 1 nurse or TMA managing medication cart
* Perform treatments, administer PRN and narcotic medications, and oversee medication passing
* Required certifications: Active Minnesota LPN license and AHA BLS
* Minimum 2+ years of LPN experience and 1 year of LTC experience required
* Matrix charting experience preferred
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
* Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage independently, complete tasks timely, and manage change well
* Scrub colors: work-appropriate solids or prints
