PT - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Acute care setting
* Average of 8 patients treated per day
* Cover outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled areas
* Treat primarily outpatient cases as well as acute inpatient and swing bed skilled patients
* Common diagnoses include a variety of outpatient and acute inpatient conditions
* Experience preferred but training will be provided
* Casual professional dress code required
* Department-specific orientation provided
* Charting system: MatrixCare/Matrix
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* Physical therapy degree required
