IT Analyst I/Supply Chain

Job Details:

* Full-time position working 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule
* 21-week contract assignment
* Local position based in a warehouse environment - temperatures in the warehouse change with the seasons
* Bachelor's degree required
* One to two years of previous work-related experience required
* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs required - may be asked to assist with warehouse supply chain duties including lifting and receiving supplies
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills required
* Strong customer service skills required
* Ability to work within a team environment
* Knowledge of operating systems, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Visio, UNIX, Oracle, SQL, and HL7V required
* Programming language knowledge applicable where relevant (Java, HTML, Visual Basic, C, Perl)
* Knowledge of Healthcare IS and HL-7 applications required
* Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret logistics, inventory, procurement, and operational data from multiple systems and sources
* Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor key logistics and supply chain performance metrics
* Analyze inventory levels, equipment utilization, delivery performance, and procurement activities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
* Support forecasting, demand planning, capacity planning, and resource allocation through data-driven analysis
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time delivery, equipment deployment, and cost management
* Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, finance, and operational stakeholders to provide actionable insights
* Configure and install new programs, modifications, or enhancements to existing systems
* Conduct unit and system tests to verify results of software solutions
* Document requirements and revise existing system logic as necessary
* Provide technical customer support by monitoring production systems and responding to user issues
* May perform troubleshooting related to PCs, software, and basic network communications
* Provide support during non-working hours to ensure operation of production systems in a 24x7 environment if needed, including participation in Go Lives on off-hour shifts
* Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries
