Open Position: LPN - Med Surg

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1740.04

Opportunity:

Department: Medsurg/ED LPN

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend requirement
* Alternating holiday schedule required
* Team assignment structure with 2 RNs on at all times
* No call or standby requirements
* No floating requirements - LPN will remain on MedSurg floor unless they want to float and have the experience
* 3 shifts of unit-specific orientation provided
* 2 years of experience required
* ER experience preferred, understanding of dementia, stroke, skin care, and geriatric patient care
* Previous travel experience not required
* Work with mostly geriatric population and general rehab post-surgery patients
* EPIC electronic medical record system
* Patient managed CPAP equipment only
* Telemonitor capacity available but no monitor techs on unit
* Charge nurse available on each shift with team assignment approach
* Nurse aides/CNAs available on each shift
* Self-scheduling and block scheduling allowed
* Scrubs required with no specific color requirement
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* North Dakota state license required
* Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
