LPN - Long Term Care

Job Details:

* Administer medications to residents following the 5 Rights of medication administration
* Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to appropriate leadership
* Report any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse
* Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities
* Update physicians, family members, and other relevant parties on changes in resident condition as needed
* Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin LPN license
* Current CPR/BLS certification required
* 1+ years of related work experience preferred
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
