Job Details:

* Night shift hours: 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM or Evening shift hours: 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM
* Work in a 463-bed hospital facility within the Pharmacy department
* 2 years of hospital experience required
* Virginia State Pharmacist license required
* Experience with complex patients including Trauma/Burn/Critical Care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, and ECMO
* Proficiency required with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, and Vigilanz documentation systems
* Advanced skills required: Vancomycin AUC dosing, Aminoglycoside dosing, Renal dosing, Warfarin, Enoxaparin, Electrolyte protocols, Heparin, and DOAC management
* Perform IV verification, medication verification, and IV compounding as needed
* Access to clinical resources including Sanford Guide, Clinical Key, UpToDate, Vancomycin AUC calculator, Neofax, Briggs, and Lexicomp
* Preferred dress code: Silver/purple scrubs
* No floating policy required
