Open Position: RN - Dialysis Outpatient

Opportunity:

RN - Dialysis

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 3 days per week Monday through Saturday
* Required to work every other Saturday; facility is closed Sundays
* Outpatient/chronic care setting in a 32-station dialysis unit
* Maintain hemodialysis care for 4 patients with support from float nurse or charge nurse
* Perform patient assessments pre, intra, and post dialysis treatments
* Complete interdisciplinary assessments and care plans
* Operate B Braun Dialysis Machines
* Float to other units or departments available if desired, but generally not required
* Document using EPIC charting system; please note on resume where EPIC has been used
* Minimum 2.5 years of recent dialysis nursing experience required
* Outpatient clinic dialysis experience required
* Active ND or Compact RN license required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* CNN or CDN certification highly desired but not required
* BSN not required
* Department orientation provided covering water system, dialysis equipment, policy practices, and medication administration

This outpatient dialysis facility operates a 32-station unit dedicated to providing chronic dialysis care to patients. The facility utilizes B Braun Dialysis Machines and the EPIC charting system to support its clinical operations. Staff benefit from a structured orientation program covering department procedures, water systems, equipment usage, policy practices, and medication administration to ensure high-quality patient care.
