Open Position: RN - Skilled Nursing

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3362.80

Opportunity:

MDS Coordinator

Job Details:

* Work in conjunction with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and other facility departments to ensure accurate resident assessments
* Complete resident care plans and interdisciplinary team meetings in accordance with all Federal and State regulations
* Perform daily RN duties including working the floor
* Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
* Must hold a current RN/LVN California License (Current RN California License preferred)
* Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience as a licensed nurse in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
* Previous MDS experience preferred
* MDS certification preferred
* Current CPR certification required
* Must be a skilled communicator, director, and motivator
* Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
* No requested time off approved unless noted in the offer
