Open Position: Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech OR

Opportunity:

SEASONAL - TRAVEL - CST - OR

Job Details:

* Day shift hours from 6:45 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday
* Saturday and Sunday shifts are on-call only
* Night call hours from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday - no overnight required
* 30-minute on-call response time required
* Work in Spine and Joint OR and International Hip Preservation Center
* Staff 8 to 11 rooms on a daily basis
* Perform spine fusions, ALIFs, OLIFs, DLIFs, ACDFs, ACDRs, and total joint replacement procedures
* Utilize Meditech EMR system
* Work with spine and joint equipment
* Minimum 6 months of current hospital CST experience required
* Experience with large spinal fusions including ALIF, OLIF, DLIF, ACDF, and ACDR required
* Spine scrub experience preferred
* Joint scrub experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, DORA, and NBSTA (must be currently active)
* Flexible personality and adaptability is the best fit for this unit

Facility:

This facility is a well-established healthcare organization featuring a dedicated Spine and Joint OR as well as an International Hip Preservation Center. The surgical unit operates across multiple ORs with a team of approximately 60 staff members, offering a collaborative environment focused on advanced orthopedic and spinal procedures. The facility is equipped with modern technology to support a high volume of complex surgical cases.
