RN - Tele

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* 13-week assignment
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Rotation weekends with 2 weekend day commitments with flexibility to meet the needs of the unit
* No on-call requirements
* 2+ years of hospital experience required
* Telemetry experience required with NIH certification
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Active Texas RN license required - temporary licenses will not be accepted
* Neuro-stroke, seizure, neurological disorders, cardiac, and neuro-surgical experience preferred
* Meditech documentation system experience preferred
* Perform peripheral IV starts, Foley and NGT insertions, and charting with Meditech
* All travelers are required to float per the Methodist Floating Policy
* Dress code: Navy scrub top and pants, navy or white scrub jacket; clean and healthy nail policy; neat and clean hair with no extreme styles or colors; body art should be covered whenever possible; visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
