Job Details:

* 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Every other weekend requirement with holiday rotation
* No on-call required
* Patient ratios of 1:6-7 on days, nights, and weekends
* Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certification: BLS
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Royal Blue

* Required skills include: Accessing/Managing Ports, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, CVA care, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin administration, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Insulin administration, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Telemetry monitoring, Tracheostomy care/management, Wound Care/Wound Vac, and more

Facility:

This facility is a community hospital with 28 inpatient beds, offering a close-knit and collaborative care environment. The MedSurg unit follows an MS clinical track and supports a wide range of patient diagnoses, providing nursing staff with diverse and meaningful clinical experiences. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and is committed to maintaining quality patient care through structured staffing and scheduling practices.
