Job Details:
* 13-week contract working 5x8 day shifts
* Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period
* Every other weekend required
* Float required between all areas of the hospital including both campuses (less than 2 miles apart)
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Must have acute care experience, discharge planning, and care coordination experience
* Strong preference for candidates with diverse case management experience including Med Surg, LLOS, and Emergency Department
* Patient caseload averages 18-24 patients on weekdays and up to 30 patients on weekends
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Daily census of approximately 25 patients
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Any color permitted except reddish orange
* Parking is facility paid
* Required certifications: BLS, Washington State License (must be in hand at time of submission)
* Accepted licenses: LICSW, LSWAIC, LASW, LSWAA, LCSW, or LMSW (with Master's Degree)
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO requests must be submitted upfront at the time of submittal
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

This facility is a Level II Trauma Center operating across two campuses with a total of 571 staffed beds. The facility offers a comprehensive interdisciplinary support system including physical therapy, interpretation services, social services, pharmacy, and transportation. The organization provides a wide range of patient care services and utilizes Epic as its electronic health records charting system.
