Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1772.20

Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

* Work in a 13-bed emergency department plus a fast track area with 6 chairs
* Patient ratios are 1:4, or 1:6 when assigned to the fast track area for low acuity patients
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 2 RNs, and 1 receptionist PCT
* Mid-shift staffing includes 3 RNs and 1-2 hallway PCTs
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 2 RNs, and 1 receptionist PCT
* Weekend availability required as needed
* No on-call responsibilities
* Perform procedures including triage, medication administration, and splinting
* Operate equipment including vitals machines, portable EKG machine, glucometer, transport monitors, and Belmont rapid transfuser
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Previous emergency department experience required
* Ultrasound guided IV experience preferred
* Required certifications: TNCC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
* Team-player attitude with a friendly, can-do approach required

This facility is a hospital-based emergency department located on the first floor, offering comprehensive emergency care services. The department operates with a dedicated team of nursing staff across all shifts and maintains a fast track area to efficiently manage low acuity patients. The unit is equipped with modern medical equipment to support a wide range of emergency care procedures and patient needs.
