Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech

Opportunity:

Multimodality Tech (X-Ray & CT) - Hybrid Role (Dual Location)

Job Details:

* Perform CT scans and radiographic exams of designated anatomical areas according to established practices and procedures
* Obtain patient history, explain routine procedures, and address patient concerns
* Work a Friday through Sunday schedule: Friday 6:30 AM?7:00 PM at main campus, Saturday 6:30 AM?7:00 PM at BBMP, and Sunday 6:30 PM?7:00 AM at BBMP
* On-call rotation required among staff at BBMP only; if shifts are not filled when on call, weekend work may be required
* Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a registered Radiological Technologist with Computed Tomography experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), SCRQSA (R)(CT), BLS (AHA), CPR
* Must have satisfactorily completed an AMA approved school of radiological technology and be registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists and licensed by the SC Radiation Quality Standards Association
* Skills required include Adult Acute Care and PACS
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrub color: Black pants and Teal top
* Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
* No parking cost

Facility:

This healthcare organization operates two locations: an acute care hospital and an 11-bed freestanding emergency room equipped with an X-ray room, portable X-ray, and CT capabilities. The freestanding ER staffs one multimodality tech per 12-hour shift, providing focused and specialized imaging support in a fast-paced environment. Both facilities are committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to their patient populations.
