Opportunity:

Multimodality Tech (X-Ray & CT)

Job Details:

* 12-hour night shifts, Saturday through Monday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* 3 shifts per week on a block schedule
* No on-call requirements
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), SCRQSA (R), SCRQSA (CT)
* Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
* Charting system experience required; Epic and Sectra PACS used on site
* Scrub color required: Black and/or Teal
* Free parking available with pass distributed at start
* Perform ED, inpatient, and outpatient imaging exams
* Operate one Siemens CT scanner, two Shimadzu portable X-ray machines, and one GE X-ray room using Sectra PACS system
* Must produce high-quality special imaging with minimal supervision
* Must function effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Required skills include: abdomen with/without contrast, chest with/without contrast, head with/without contrast, pelvis with/without contrast, vascular CTA, pulmonary embolism CTA, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, radiation safety, PACS, preparation and administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, and isolation precautions/PPE
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Epic charting system experience required
