Job Details:

* 4x10 day shift schedule
* 13-week assignment
* Guaranteed 70 hours per 2-week period
* Traveler may be called off for 1 shift per 2-week period
* On-call required 5-7 days per month
* Weekends required for on-call only
* Work within the operating room alongside 2 Interventional Radiologists, 1 Neuro Interventionalist, 1-2 Vascular Surgeons, and 1 PA/NP per day
* Utilize 3 single plane IR rooms, 1 biplane room, and 1 hybrid room, as well as a radiology room and CT
* Perform procedures including cerebral angiography with intervention, stroke intervention, angiography of all body parts except the heart, Y90, chemoembolization, cryoablation, venography with intervention, biopsies using fluoro/CT/ultrasound, venous access (port, dialysis, central lines), gastrostomy, and various drains (biliary, nephrostomy, abscess)
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Scrub color: any color permitted except reddish orange
* Charting system: EPIC
* Parking: facility paid
* 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of experience
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, WA State License
* Preferred certifications: ACLS, ARRT VI
* Required skills: contrast administration, angiograms, nephrostomy, venous access
* Preferred skills: C-arm, biopsies, ablations, kyphoplasty

Facility:

This facility is a Level II Trauma Center serving both outpatient, interventional radiology, emergency, and inpatient populations across two campuses with a combined 571 staffed beds. The interventional radiology department is fully integrated within the operating room and equipped with advanced imaging technology to support a wide range of complex vascular and interventional procedures.
