Opportunity:

RN - Labor and Delivery/Birth Center

Job Details:

* Night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on various days of the week
* Weekend shifts required per unit needs, with 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
* On-call required: 1 day every 6 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
* First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS (AHA), AWHONN Intermediate, C-EFM
* Charting system: EPIC
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Skills required: Labor & Delivery, Level I Nursery, Mother/Baby
* Patient population includes neonates and adults
* 15-bed unit with interdisciplinary support including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, and Pharmacy
* Open to floating across North region within Women & Infant service line

Facility:

This facility features a dedicated Labor and Delivery and Birth Center unit with 15 staffed beds, providing comprehensive care for laboring patients and newborns. The unit is supported by a robust interdisciplinary team including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, and Pharmacy. The organization is part of a larger North region health system with Women & Infant service line coverage across multiple locations.
