Job Details:
* 5x8 hour shifts, days and evenings as needed
* Required to work every weekend
* Float between Lawrence and Memorial Hospital (CT) and Westerly Hospital (RI)
* Must obtain both state licenses (CT and RI); may start with whichever license issues first while the other is pending
* Minimum 1.5 years of hospital experience required; 2 years preferred
* Experience with GE and Siemens equipment required
* GE Optima CT660 scanners utilized on site
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Short-term acute care Level III trauma center with 252 staffed beds
* Free parking available on site
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Night patient ratio: 2; weekend patient ratio: 2
* Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and more
* Special procedures include stroke center and trauma center services
* Special equipment includes ceiling Hoyer lift
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, RI and CT licenses
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Skills required include 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, contrast media preparation and administration, peripheral IV starts, venipuncture, and various CT scan types including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, vascular CTA, and musculoskeletal trauma
* 1 reference required

This facility is a short-term acute care Level III trauma center with 252 staffed beds, operating as part of a large regional health system. The facility includes a designated stroke center and trauma center, supported by a comprehensive interdisciplinary team including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams.
