Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1352.20

Opportunity:

LTC C.N.A. - 8hr & 12 hr PM/NOC Variable Shifts (must be flexible)

Job Details:

* 13-week contract
* 8-hour and 12-hour PM/NOC variable shifts with flexibility required
* Guaranteed 36-48 hours per week (minimum of 36 hours, maximum of 48 hours)
* Billing period runs Monday through Sunday
* Required to float to a second location approximately 25 miles away as needed
* No on-call or call back requirements
* Every other weekend and every other holiday required
* Holiday rotation required
* 43-bed long-term care facility and clinic environment
* Night shift staffing includes 1 nurse and 2 CNAs
* Days/Evenings staffing includes 1 Charge Nurse handling treatments, PRNs, and narcotics and 1 nurse or TMA managing medication cart
* Required certifications: MN CNA License and AHA BLS
* Minimum 2+ years of CNA experience with at least 1 year in long-term care
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Charting experience in Matrix preferred
* Desired skillset includes being a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change, work independently, and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Scrub colors: work-appropriate solids or prints

This facility is a long-term care center providing comprehensive care to its residents in a supportive and structured environment. The facility operates a 43-bed unit with a dedicated clinical team including nurses and CNAs working across all shifts to ensure high-quality patient care. The organization is committed to maintaining consistent staffing standards to best serve its long-term care population.
