Opportunity:

OT - Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

* Active Nebraska occupational therapy license or compact state license required
* BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA) required
* Must be able to drive own vehicle with a valid driver's license and active auto insurance
* iPad will be supplied for charting
* No new graduates will be considered
* Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) preferred
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
* Specialty competency exam required with a minimum passing score of 80%
* CPI or MOAB certification required; training available on-site if not already certified
