CONTRACT - RN - OR/SURGERY (701) - 13 WEEKS - SAT-MON 6:30A-7:00P

Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
* Weekend schedule: Saturday through Monday
* Weekend Charge Nurse role required
* No call required
* 1:1 patient ratio in 22-room operating room suite
* Perform procedures including appendectomies, cholecystectomies, spine fusions, total joints, craniotomies, mastectomies, and DIEP flaps
* Work with advanced equipment including robotics, cardiac, vascular, neuro, spine, oncology, orthopedics, plastics, urology, and GYN
* EMR system: Meditech
* Neuro/spine experience required
* Cardiac experience required for cardiac service line
* Multiple service line experience preferred including orthopedics, neuro, general, and robotics
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Closed-toe, closed-heel non-slip shoes required

Facility:

This medical center operates a 22-room operating room suite on the second floor of its main building, supporting a wide range of surgical specialties including cardiac, vascular, neuro, spine, oncology, orthopedics, plastics, urology, and gynecology. The facility maintains a 1:1 patient ratio and keeps one team in house around the clock. Known for its collaborative and supportive environment, the unit boasts low staff turnover and has successfully transitioned multiple contract staff members to permanent positions.
