Job Details:

* Day shift, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Floating may be required as needed to Gresham station
* Performs specialized breast examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease
* Operates specialized mammography equipment
* Completes patient education regarding exams while promoting privacy and comfort
* Performs diagnostic and screening mammograms as ordered
* Prepares for and assists the Radiologist in intricate mammography examinations including breast biopsies
* Produces high quality films for radiologist evaluation and completes appropriate documentation
* Follows infection control and safety guidelines
* Obtains pertinent patient information and disseminates patient preparation instructions
* Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required
* Minimum two years of recent experience in the field required
* Experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred
* Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License required
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R) required
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography (ARRT-M) required
* Current BLS certification required
