RN - Med/Surg Telemetry

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3 x 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Minimum 12 months combined permanent experience in specialty required
* Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Epic experience required
* One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required for submission
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with an acceptable score required on both
* Traveler must work at least every other holiday
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), and NIH Stroke Scale (must be obtained prior to start)
