Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Holiday rotation required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Patient ratio of 1:4
* Float within scope to meet facility needs as required, agency staff will float first
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
* Preferred certification: NIHSS
* Epic charting experience preferred
* Scrub color: Royal blue
* Free parking available
* Block scheduling may be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of application and is subject to facility approval

Facility:

This facility operates a 12-bed stepdown unit providing specialized intermediate care for adult and geriatric patients. The unit utilizes Epic for charting and supports a wide range of clinical procedures including telemetry monitoring, arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, and neurovascular care. The facility maintains consistent staffing ratios of 1:4 across days, nights, and weekends to ensure quality patient care.
