Job Details:

* Day shift position working 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours long
* Shift times: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (possible variations of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
* Circulator role with scrub experience preferred
* Minimum of 18 months permanent OR experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA ACLS and BLS (must be active and in hand at time of submission)
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required; references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation; acceptable scores required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* Pre-start modules required averaging 6 to 15 hours depending on specialty
