Opportunity:

Pharmacist Outpatient INFUSION- 1000-3818 - UCH Amb HOPD Pharmacy

Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* No weekend requirements
* 2 years of infusion experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Travel experience required
* Focus on order review, verification, preparation, and dispensing of hazardous and non-hazardous medications for oncology and infusion patients
* Work with adult patient population in an ambulatory outpatient infusion setting
* Charting system experience required - Epic
* Skills required: ambulatory care/outpatient clinic, chemotherapy, compounding, high-alert medications, Pyxis, and sterile technique
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Board Certified, Chemo/Hazardous Drug
* Colorado state pharmacy license required
* PharmD required
* Block scheduling type
* Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
