Job Details:

* 18 months of permanent experience required
* Responsibilities include circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring procedural cases
* On-call shifts required - details to be discussed during interview
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be active and in hand at time of submission)
* Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required - must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* Pre-start modules required averaging 6-15 hours and must be completed prior to start date
