Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist Days

Job Details:

* Work 4x10 shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
* Work with both adult and pediatric patients across a wide variety of diagnoses
* Position is primarily pediatric hospital outpatient with some adult inpatient coverage as needed
* Outpatient clinic is attached to the hospital via a tunnel and located across the street
* Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Experience with Epic charting system preferred
* Required skills include: Infection Prevention, Fall/Risk Assessment, National Patient Safety Goals/Core Measures, Billing, Acute Disorder, Assessment, Chronic Disorder, Functional Activities, and Developmental Testing/Treatment
* Preferred skills include: Neurodevelopment Testing, Adaptive Equipment Assessment, Mental Retardation, Myofascial Release Techniques, and Feeding/Swallowing
* Required patient age group experience: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
* Preferred patient age group experience: Infants
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off permitted with no time off during the first 2 weeks of assignment
* Holiday coverage required as needed by the facility
