Job Details:

* Shift hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM plus call
* On-call requirement of 1 week every 3 weeks
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers are accepted
* Charting system experience required; Epic charting system
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, PharmD, RPh, Inpatient Infusion
* Proficiency in a broad range of pharmacy skills including antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, cardiac dosing, clinical dosing, compounding, high-alert medications, IV piggyback, IV push medications, pharmacokinetic dosing, sterile technique, therapeutic medication monitoring, and Warfarin dosing
* Experience with Pyxis and prepacking required
* Serves patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
* 40 orientation hours required
