RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* 13 to 20 week contract options available
* Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission - nothing pending will be accepted
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with a minimum acceptable score required - maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required from assignments worked within the past 12 months - co-worker references will not be accepted
