Opportunity:

RN - Medical Surgical

Job Details:

* Night shift position with 48 hours guaranteed
* Patient ratio of 1:7 utilizing a team nursing model with support from PCC, RN, and other staff
* On-call required as needed
* Weekend rotation required as needed; weekend block schedule may be considered
* Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience required; 3+ years preferred
* Level I Trauma experience required
* Large hospital experience required
* Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted unless they have 3+ years of recent experience
* Must hold an active RN license in the state or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines
* EPIC experience preferred
* ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position
* Must be willing to work 2 of 3 end-of-year holidays if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's all fall within the assignment period
* If only 2 holidays fall within the assignment, must be willing to work at least 1
* RNs may be floated between like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius
* Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of presentation
