Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details:

* Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical function and quality of life
* Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
* Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery at home
* Maintain a safe, clean, and positive clinical environment
* Floating requirement to clinically appropriate units as needed within scope of practice and licensure
* Active Physical Therapy license required (or compact eligibility)
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program required
* Minimum 1 year recent outpatient experience preferred
* Current BLS certification required
* Additional certifications may be required based on unit assignment: NIHSS, ACLS, CSU-ALSS
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new environments quickly
