Job Details:

* Work 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
* On-call required as needed
* No block scheduling requests - unable to guarantee
* Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Provide explanations and instructions to patients and/or responsible persons
* Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
* Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills
* Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care
* Participate in continuing education
* Maintain complete and accurate medical records
* Current Illinois Registered Nurse license required
* Current CPR/BLS certification required
* ACLS certification required
