Opportunity:

RN - EMERGENCY ROOM

Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Rotating weekend schedule required
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratios: 1:4 ED, 1:5 behavioral health, 1:3 cardiac/trauma
* Work in a 48-bed private room unit with 27 hallway stretchers, 9 fast track beds, and 5 behavioral health beds
* Perform procedures including splinting, EKGs, central monitoring, trauma assists, central line support, airway support, behavioral health de-escalation, Morgan lens, rapid infuser, and resuscitation
* Utilize equipment including Alaris pumps, Belmont and Level 1 Rapid infusers, and Stryker stretchers
* Document using MEDITECH EMR system; prior Meditech experience preferred
* Trauma experience preferred
* Holding inpatient experience preferred
* CPI certification preferred
* Navy blue scrubs required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS
* Ideal candidate is a multitasker, team player, and self-starter
