Job Details:

* Night shift position from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
* Every other weekend requirement
* Possible holiday shifts required
* No on-call or standby call requirements
* Acute care inpatient and emergency department coverage
* Manage 5-6 ventilator patients per day
* Critical care and mechanical ventilation experience required
* Draw and analyze ABGs from arterial lines and punctures
* Assist with intubations
* Adults only patient population
* Will never be the only respiratory therapist in-house
* Leads are present on each shift
* Hospitalist or intensivist in-house at all times
* Department-specific orientation provided
* Charting system: EPIC
* Equipment includes: Puritan Bennett 840/980, V60, Vapotherm for high flow
* No specific scrub color requirement
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT preferred (CRT will be reviewed)
