Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Variable shift schedule throughout the week
* Weekend shifts required every other weekend per unit needs, subject to change
* Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
* First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met
* Patient ratios of 1:2 during labor and 1:4 during postpartum
* On-call required: 1 shift every 6 weeks
* Floating required within Women and Infants service line to like units and potentially to sister facilities within the North region per facility request
* Charting system: EPIC (experience preferred)
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS, STABLE
* 36 orientation hours required
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams, and more
* Patient age groups served: Neonates and Adults
* 22-bed unit

The facility houses a dedicated Women and Infants service line and maintains a 22-bed Labor and Delivery unit supported by a comprehensive interdisciplinary team including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Transportation services.
