Opportunity:
PT - Home Health
Job Details:
* ASAP start needed with manager interviews required
* Shift times are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
* Manager is willing to consider 4x10-hour shift schedule as well
* Weekend rotation of 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, including both Saturday and Sunday
* No on-call responsibilities
* Holiday expectations require availability for all holidays with 50% of holidays worked during contract
* Patient load of 20-25 patients per physical therapist
* Will primarily see adult patients with occasional school-aged children (rare)
* Common diagnoses include post-orthopedic surgeries, post-surgeries, fall risks, deconditioning, and mobility issues
* Must be able to travel between 50-100 miles per day covering Aroostook County
* 1-2 weeks of orientation provided
* EMR system used is Netsmart
* Dress code is business casual or any solid-colored scrubs
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; home health experience preferred but other PT experience considered
* First-time travelers accepted with the right experience
* Required certifications and credentials: BLS, Maine state license, Bachelor's degree or above in Physical Therapy, valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance
