Job Details:

* Day shift position working 4 shifts of 10 hours each, scheduled from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* 1-2 call shifts per week required
* Vascular surgery experience required
* Minimum of 18 months permanent or equivalent experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certification: BLS (must be active and in hand at time of submission)
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments to be completed during orientation with an acceptable score required
* Maximum of 2 attempts allowed to pass required assessments
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required from assignments worked within the past 12 months
