Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1864.44

Job Details:

* Work alternating 4x8 and 5x8 shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM
* 72 hours per pay period
* Weekend schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday (3 Saturday/Sundays in a six-week block)
* NICU/Pediatric RRT experience preferred
* 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Minnesota RRT license required (pending license accepted but must be obtained by start date)
* NBRC RRT certification required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
* Epic charting experience preferred
* Scrub color: Dove Gray
* Provide respiratory care for patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Perform skills including mechanical ventilation, arterial blood gas interpretation and drawing, intubation assist, high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/CPAP, bronchoscopy support, tracheostomy care, nitric oxide therapy, high frequency oscillation, and neonatal transports
* Trauma Level I and Trauma Level II experience required
* Must reside more than 25 miles from the facility as local travelers are not accepted

The organization provides interdisciplinary respiratory support and is equipped to handle complex cases including critical care, NICU, and pediatric respiratory needs. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and maintains high standards for traveler compliance and patient care quality.
