Job Details:

* 12-hour night shifts from 7:45 PM to 8:15 AM
* Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only
* No RTO on weekends
* 36 hours offered per week
* No call requirement
* No float requirement
* Daily caseload of 150-200 scans across 4 rooms
* Very fast-paced environment in the emergency department
* Perform routine ED patient scans, Code Stroke, and Level II trauma cases
* CT procedures include: abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
* Patients include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Must be proficient with GE and Siemens scanners Siemens Force experience is required
* Special equipment includes Siemens Force, S3000, and Sequoia machines
* Charting system: Epic and Visage
* Scrubs: Royal Blue
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R)(CT)
* Required skills: Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU, Siemens and GE scanner use, Level II Trauma Center experience
* Preferred skills: Outpatient, IV starts, PACS, contrast administration, Visage imaging software
* Experience at a 500-bed or larger facility required

Facility:

This is a large 650-bed Level II Trauma Center with a high-volume emergency department. The facility supports a wide range of CT imaging needs including routine ED scans, Code Stroke protocols, and trauma cases. The imaging department operates with multiple technologists across shifts, with staffing ranging from 4-5 techs on first shift to 1-2 techs on overnight and weekend shifts, reflecting a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
