Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1568.00

Opportunity:

OB/GYN Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)

Job Details:

* 4x10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday with 1 alternating day off each week
* No weekends, no holidays, and no on-call required
* At least 6 months of experience working as an MA in an adult outpatient clinic required; OB/GYN experience is highly preferred
* Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credential is required
* Required certification: BLS
* EPIC charting experience is required
* Scrub color: Any
* Reliable personal transportation is required
* May float within skillset to meet facility needs as needed
* Facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
* Experience with OB/GYN procedures such as LEEP, colposcopy, and IUD insertions is preferred
* Skills include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, recording history/medications/allergies, venipuncture, telephone triage, suture removal, pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, immunizations, and specimen labeling
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services and phlebotomy
