Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Opportunity:

IR Vascular OR Technologist

Job Details:

* 3x12 hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 4x10 hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* 13-week contract
* Call required once a week and every fourth weekend
* Patient ratio of 1:1
* Perform endovascular and open vascular cases in a hybrid operating room
* Conduct peripheral vascular work and endovascular procedures including EVAR, TEVAR, declot, and TCAR
* Work with special equipment including Siemens, Shockwave, and IVUS
* Utilize unit systems including Epic, PACS, SBAR, and Pyxis
* Scrubs provided
* 36 hours of orientation (based on experience)
* Contract staff may be assigned to a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and may be required to report during catastrophic events, mass casualty incidents, or disasters
* ARRT R certification required; ARRT VI preferred
* BLS certification required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Epic experience preferred

Facility:

This healthcare facility features a hybrid operating room equipped with advanced technology to support a wide range of vascular and endovascular procedures. The facility provides interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy. The unit sees patients with vascular disease across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, and accommodates approximately 14 patient visits per day across two procedure rooms.
