Opportunity:
Outpatient PT
Job Details:
* 15-week assignment with a mid-to-late October start date
* Schedule is 4x10 or 5x8 day shifts with some Saturday weekends required
* No on-call requirements
* Treat neuro/ortho and medically complex patients in an outpatient setting
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Approximately 10 patient visits per day
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS and Alaska PT license
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Charting experience in Epic required
* Required skills include: acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility, body mechanics, cervicalgia, low back pain, post-op cervical surgery, post-op shoulder repair, post-op spinal surgery, spinal conditions, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, cognitive disorders, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, home exercise program, and patient/family education
* Scrubs are provided by the facility
* Parking is free
* Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of submittal
