Job Details:

* Provide acute inpatient physical therapy care, primarily focused on med surg and hospitalist referrals
* Assignment may include a mix of inpatient and outpatient care
* Serve patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Must have strong time management skills and ability to work independently, including as the sole therapist in acute care on weekends
* No wound care required
* May be asked to float to Santa Rosa facility if able
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
* Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Epic charting system experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, CA state license
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Scheduling type: Other
* Orientation: 40 hours
* One pre-approved time off request allowed
* Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility
