Opportunity:

LVN - OBGYN Clinic

Job Details:

* 8-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call requirements
* Floating to other clinics required as needed
* Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required, with at least 1 year in an OBGYN clinic setting
* Active California LVN license with valid CA IV certification required at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS, IV Certified, Phlebotomy Certified
* Proficiency with blood/lab draws and venipuncture required (hard stop)
* Experience with OBGYN procedures required, including PAP, Colposcopy, LEEP, D&C, EMB, IUD insertions and removals, Nexplanon, and NST
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Skills required include: blood glucose monitoring, follow-up phone calls, IM & SQ injections, laboratory result interpretation, isolation precautions/PPE, specimen labeling, medication reconciliation, obtaining clean catch urine specimens, pain assessment and management, pap smears, patient health questionnaire/history/allergies, pharmacy calls and patient refill requests, phlebotomy, telephone triage, vaccine administration, vaginal specimen collection, and vital sign monitoring
* Treats patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Focus area: Women's reproductive health
* Secondary OBGYN questionnaire required and will be sent at time of submission
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* First-time travelers accepted
