Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Work in a Level II Trauma Pediatric ICU with 15 beds
* Maintain a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
* Night shift team includes Intensivist, RN, and Respiratory Therapist
* Work with general cardiac/respiratory monitoring equipment
* Use Meditech/CPN electronic medical record system
* Perform IV starts and blood draws
* Perform TPT placements
* Minimum 1 year of current hospital PICU RN experience required
* BLS and PALS certifications required
* CRRT experience preferred
* APHON certification preferred
* Pediatric teaching hospital experience preferred
* Must work well under pressure and in a teaching hospital environment
* Strong patient care experience is a priority
