Job Details:

* 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Every other weekend and holiday shifts required
* Post-acute care setting
* Patient ratio of 1:32
* Charting completed using Point Click Care (PCC)
* Works with all diagnoses and patient types
* IV Certification preferred
* BLS Certification required
* 128-bed facility
* 2 weeks notice required for cancellations

This post-acute care facility operates a 128-bed unit dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients across all diagnoses. The facility utilizes Point Click Care (PCC) as its electronic medical records system and provides a structured orientation pathway to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles. The organization maintains a consistent staffing model with defined patient ratios to support quality care delivery.
