Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

* 13-week travel assignment working day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* Located on the 4th floor of the Main Tower
* Patient ratios of 4:1 or 5:1
* Unit consists of 36 beds with a team of 56 RNs and 21 PCTs
* Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 9 RNs, and 5 PCTs
* EMR system: Meditech
* Must have strong critical thinking skills and EKG interpretation skills
* Prior experience titrating cardiac medications preferred
* Perform occasional paracentesis or thoracentesis procedures
* Team-oriented personality is the best fit for this unit
* May float to ICU or Med-Surg as needed
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
