Open Position: OT - Therapy Rehab

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2076.20

Opportunity:

OT or PT - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Start time is no later than 8:00 AM
* 13-week assignment
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Must work two weekend shifts per month with a day off during the week
* Call requirements to be discussed during interview
* Perform in-patient rehabilitation occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for neuro and ortho patients
* Perform acute care evaluations and treatments across ortho, tele, and ICU settings
* Documentation system: Meditech
* Floating required as needed per facility policy
* Minimum 2+ years of experience required; 2-3 years in rehab and/or acute hospital preferred
* Must have in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
* NDT or brain injury certifications preferred
* Active OT license required; temporary licenses not accepted
* Dress code: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pants, sage green scrub jacket, white or black undershirts only
* Nails must be clean and healthy
* Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be neatly trimmed
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
