Job Details:
* 3x12-hour shifts per week with 6:45 AM start times, with occasional float to 8:45 AM and 10:45 AM starts
* Schedule runs Sunday through Saturday with varying weekdays based on weekly staffing needs
* Must work 3 night shifts per assignment
* On-call required with a maximum of 3 call shifts per 8-week schedule period
* Weekend shifts required per unit needs
* Float required within scope to meet facility needs between like units
* 3 years of overall OR experience required - hard stop
* Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center experience required - hard stop
* Experience in General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastics required - hard stop
* Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
* Required certifications: BLS and DORA
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
* RTO not allowed during the following blackout periods: September 2 September 12, 2026; October 25 November 4, 2026; November 22 December 2, 2026; December 20 January 3, 2027
* No blocked scheduling requests permitted
* Required procedure experience includes: abdominal hysterectomy, craniotomy, laparoscopic assisted cases, lumbar fusion, trauma, Whipple, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, thyroidectomy, tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, tracheostomy, free flap microvascular, and many additional surgical specialties
* Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, social services, rapid response teams, and interpretation services
* Daily census of 90?110 patients

This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center operating 45 operating rooms and performing a wide range of complex surgical procedures across multiple specialties including general surgery, GU/GYN, neurosurgery, ENT, and plastics. The facility supports a high daily patient census and provides comprehensive interdisciplinary services to support both patients and clinical staff in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
